UNLV will share their recipe for building a cohesive unit using the necessary leadership skills, building key relationships, and changing processes to run the department efficiently. This will be an open presentation for participants to ask questions during and to solicit ideas from the audience members. the presentation UNLV will show examples of installations and the design process used to achieve the customers goals. will include how standardization of equipment, designs, and programming has made UNLV more efficient.
