If there's one thing that's constant about IT, it's that it isn't. With everything breaking, patching, updating, and changing, keeping everyone in-the-know can be a full-time job. In order to support our 60,000+ faculty, staff and students, Rutgers University Help Desk and Computer Labs have implemented a Drupal site to coordinate on documenting solutions, notifying our staff of outages or issues, and acting as a central hub for all our various tools and resources. We'll talk about what works, what doesn't, and what we're planning for the future.
